This is now my 4th attempt at Spark people! I have tried and succeeded numerous time but have seemed to hit a plateau. I cannot stay on track. I am 5'6 and 237 pounds. I am only 26 years old and am terrified for my health. I want to be here for my children and see them grow. I was wondering if anyone has any advice for me or tips on how to stay on track. I was within 3 lbs of goal in July 2010 but have gone up and down from there since then. After returning from a 10-day trip to France in May, I have steadfastly resumed my program...tracking & fitness (as I am able).
