I rejoined at the end of March but kids got in the way and I had no energy. Now that I have a routine going on and more time I am looking to get myself back in shape!! I am looking forward to chatting with some of you. Thu, 27 May 2010 16:44:03 EST Hello to you all I found SparkPeople while surfing the net for a free tracker. I have joined Weight Watchers many times throughout my life. I lost my job and have found I have the time needed to care about myself, but not the money. Funny how it goes. I am still busy and don't get online daily. I am over 40 and have more than 100 lbs. to lose. I hope to visit the 40's with over 100lbs to lose forum. I see I have a lot of content to browse. HI and I hope this is my final journey to health. Wed, 26 May 2010 15:07:54 EST Could I Ask A Favor Of The Team? As you can see by my ticker below, I've gained 1.6 pounds this last week. Can't say I fell over with surprise. I've been keeping a journal on the computer, keeping track of what I eat every day (not perfectly, but at least writing the food down, guesstimating sometimes the amount) as well as the water that I drink & for the last month or so, the exercise that I've done.

Right now, I have the money to join a group like WW, NutriSystem or eDiets, but later on I won't (came into a w... I’m trying to lose weight and get healthy. I’m 63 and live near Washington, DC. I started working out late March 2010 and at first I couldn’t walk a mile. I am doing better but have a long way to go. I ride a stationary bike at the gym on Tuesday and Thursday most weeks but making time for walking has been my problem. I use a separate program to track my calories but I log my exercise and goals in SP. I need to lose 50 pou... Thu, 13 May 2010 19:26:06 EST Better late than never. I suppose I was placed in this team when I joined SP. I have never looked at this team because I was more interested in quilting and looking at their teams. Needless to say, I am a quilting addict. I work to only support my habit. Hubby says quilting gives me high blood pressure, (he doesn't have the nerve to say it makes me fat) HaHa. I decided to see how my team mates are doing and how fast they are losing. My goal that was set by SP is one pound per week. I am very close to that targ... I am following a low calorie diet, exercising 150 minutes a week and drinking 8 glasses of water a day. I'm doing pretty good. My little tracker thing says I've lost 13 pounds but that's not right and I don't know how to fix it - I put in the weight I THOUGHT I was - I was shocked to find out it was MUCH heavier - hmmmm. Oh well, soon enough it'll be 13 pounds - only 6.5 more to go to reach the 13 mark.
I'm not sure how w... Fri, 30 Apr 2010 22:30:57 EST BuGS GREEN: Buddy Group for Support Check-In! Hi! So the past week and a half when I do the Wii fit my weight hasn't changed much, half a pound then gain a pound, but today I lost 7.5 lbs is that right?
