Mon, 14 Sep 2015 15:56:45 EST How to take control of the Cravings Exercise has been the bain of my health journey so far. As a result, the middle of August I decided to change that. I joined the 10min a day challenge team, started tracking and launched a streak that is currently on day 9. <BR> <BR> I am not wearing myself out. Most days are a brisk 15 min walk on the treadmill to avoid the Arizona summer heat (which lasts untill about thanksgiving). I get on the scale repeatedly during the week and it's ups and downs really affect my mood. I need a buddy to be accountable to that I only get on the scale on Fri. AM for weigh ins no in between weigh times. Right now the scale shows a 1lb gain for the week and it's stressing me out. Please can anyone help me as I don't know how to put a recipe I have cooked for dinner or lunch with lots of items onto the nutrition tracker. Do I have to break the recipe down to a single serving and then put in each ingredient or if I know the calories per serving can I use that information.Finding this a big hurdle. After having 3 babies in less than 4 years, I am the heaviest I have ever been. My weight reached 200lbs or over with each one.
