However, at least my eating wasn't so out of control I couldn't even track it. So I'm looking for a positive there. Tomorrow I will be more mindful, and try to allow my body to tell me when to eat. That sounds huge, but I've stacked on the kgs and my BMR is way up. Should be doable if I eat below my maximum (but above my minimum, obviously) and just burn a wee 200 kcal per day.
