I'm ok with that little bit of a gain because I started my period yesterday and I always weigh a few pounds more when I first start and then it goes back down a few days later. Sat, 26 Dec 2009 16:36:41 EST Weigh In December 23 hi <BR> once again a not very good week , i went over my calorie most of the days... i wasn't expecting much from the scale so i lost 0.8 lbs again like last week. at this rate i don't know when i'll achieve my goal. <BR> The only good thing is that i'm out off the 240's by a very thing tread i'm at 239.8 lbs now. <BR> got to lose more than a pound this week. <BR> its strange that since i started 6 weeks a go i lost about 3-4 lbs / week the first 3 weeks and than the last 3 weeks not even ... I weighed 209 last Friday and this past Friday I weighed 208. I'm hoping to maintain that this week because of eating out over the weekend.
