My measurements around are 41 (fullest part of my bust), 33-39. All I need is to lose some belly flab and I'll be totally happy.

I don't know if there's really much I can do about where my body decides to distribute flab. I'm here to see what I can do though! Mon, 8 Nov 2010 13:19:56 EST Planks I've been working on being able to do a plank for a full minute for about a month or so now. I started out doing 20 5-second planks and slowly working my way up. This past week I've done it for an entire minute twice - I was shaking quite a bit, but I did it. I can feel my abs getting stronger and it's amazing!! Still have a long ways to go, but I'm taking the baby steps to get there. Thank you for the challenge!! Sat, 6 Nov 2010 15:32:56 EST I'm just new to this team I waant to introduce myself to everyone. I am a 63 year old woman and I have had a rough time sticking to a weight-loss program. I need all the motivation i can get.
I try really hard to exercise at least three times a week. I like to go to the gym and wAlk on the treadmill. I adjust the speed and try to increase the time.
I will keep exercising because i want to keep losing weight and I want to get healthier. Crazy weather season right now! well hope to meet and lose with ya all! Sun, 15 Mar 2009 20:03:27 EST GROCERY LIST* I have decided to do a strict diet again. I have been to leniant lately. What would you make sure to grab for this? Wed, 11 Mar 2009 21:52:45 EST **Getting Back On The Horse** *sigh* ive been slacking. For the past 6 months ive been tryin to get into the 160s and refused to hit the 180s again. In the 6 months ive only hit 160 for one day and i just hit 180. Im not impressed. What do you do to get back on the horse? How do you stay motivated when you know u spent so much time keepin it off but in just a matter of a week or two you can gain it back. Ive still lost 35 pounds on top of the 10 i gained but its still disheartening you no. Wed, 11 Mar 2009 21:45:52 EST Share your Stomach Exercises and chat I thought it would be nice to share with each other on a daily basis what we have achieved with our stomach muscle exercises..... There is more to help with this area other than crunches...... What do you do and how many do you do?

My favourite is to practice holding my stomach muscles in during several intervals of the day whilst carrying on with whatever I'm doing (don't hold your breath!) Have you noticed how much stomach you 'lose' when tightening these muscles?!)

... Tue, 10 Mar 2009 16:06:36 EST Did you plank today? NEW TEAM GOAL!

I've added a new goal to the team forum. It is to do a plank or modified plank one time per day, 4 days a week, and hold the pose from 15 seconds to 3 minutes depending on your fitness level.

The plank pose will test your core strength. Make sure you hold in your stomach tight. Think of touching your belly button to your spine.

You can see a demo in the fitness section of spark but I don't know how to do a link. If anyone knows how, please a... Wed, 4 Mar 2009 15:24:18 EST Hiello Everyone I am new to the team and I am really looking forward to getting rid of my stomach. So needless to say, I no longer recognize the woman in the mirror. Not that I look very often. lol. Anyway, I am here to get motivated to take better care of myself and my health and of course to look great in the process.

213</e... My goal is to be 138lbs. I originally started my diet in Sept of 07 and I was originally 220 lbs and I have lost 47lbs since then with diet alone which was surprising because I nothing ever worked for me until me and my mom started together and since then it has been sort of a competition to see who could lose the most and that makes it interesting.
