It is designed to digest away the carbs. You can have more. Some Walmart's carry it. However, do not over cook it, because that will release unwanted starches that can cause a sugar spike. I am going to try with my next door neighbor ( who is about 120 pounds) to go to the gym 3 times a week. I find if you go with friends it helps. Lets see how long this lasts. If you perfer staying home there are 2nd hand stores that sell used equipment. Try looking in your nearest city for that.
