I usually start out with the Learn & Burn (minus the learn part lol) just to warm up then move onto the 20min workout. By the time this is done my heart rate is up and i can warm down by doing Strength Training on my Bowflex it works super for me & it always makes me feel as though I'm getting somewhere.
