This is the end of week 1, and I can't believe I did it. I have dieted in the past but never exercised at all. At first my toes hurt, then my feet hurt, but now they are just fine, no pain. I tend to be an emotional eater, but am trying to curb it by counting calories. I too had not realized how many calories I was consuming when getting food at fast food places. Plus, there are plenty of carbs to eat at work. I also would like to have a slow weight loss so maybe the wrinkles would not show up on my face.
