From spring through fall so far its mowing the yard (my first year this year) with a push mower. Takes me about 75 minutes to mow plus another 10 minutes to use the weed eater around areas that I can't get with the mower. When its too cold or wet outside, I do a workout DVD to help with the exercises. I have only been with SP about a month now. I loved the fact that there was so much information to be found on this site, from diets and nutrition to exercising. I had no clue that I'd find all this information even more valuable when I found out I was gluten intolerant. It is like the flours. To get coconut flour here is 6.99/lb, where regular flour is $2-something for 5 pounds. His other substitute was sprouted grains. Obviously mine turned out normal because the doctor didn't call with the results. I have results of all my tests now, though and was trying to find the results. I found one called Tis Transglutaminase IgA on here and wondered if that might be it. I hit in the lower normal range with it. I do bloat when I eat bread/rolls, so we thought it was gluten sensitivity, but tests don't seem to show it. Wheat being the highest. I assume that means no gluten and so did my DR. It's been 2 weeks since I've had anything with gluten that I'm aware of.
