I have muscle spasms in my bile duct (not sure if this is a symptom or not but the dr's can't figure out why it's there and that the meds don't help). I have stiff shoulders (since August one is very stiff). I ... Fri, 18 Dec 2009 13:27:36 EST Can you describe SparkPeople in one sentence? Tue, 6 Oct 2009 08:55:38 EST Anger as Motivation (Intro) I could spend hours talking about how I got here, but we all have a story don't we. I am a forty year old mother of three teenage girls. They are great kids, really they are. I have two serious physical limitations: fibromyalgia and now I am in the beginning stage of COPD. I have two choices live or die. So I have pretty much cut myself off from my friends because they all smoke and they don't get it. I will not make my daughters watch me die like their grandmother did.

Just ...
