My weight was okay, I put on a few lbs but managed to lose them and I was a normal weight and size,then around 9 years ago my medication was drastically reduced and consequently put on loads of weight, which I have not really been able to shift. I just went to see a GI doctor for some stomach problems I have been having and along with other bloodwork he ran a TSH and free T4. The bloodwork came back normal except my TSH came back slightly high at 5.1 but my T4 was normal at 1.0. I haven't heard anything... My first run of the week was slightly dismal, but I still did it. The second run I was more aware of my pace, posture & breathing and it went much better!
