I have been having some days when I am super hungry - could eat the house and then some. Today is one of those days. I am staying within my daily points. I have 30 points now - just went down again and it has been a little harder for me. My comfort zone was right around 32 pts per day. It's colder here and I find that I am more hungry at times. I am a bit nervous about the upcoming holidays though. Thanksgiving won't be a huge problem - I am cooking and eating at home so I can control the portions and what I serve this year. Christmas is the one that makes me nervous. We usually go to my sister's and her table is loaded with all kinds of baked stuff and sweets and everything I don't want to eat!! I think I will take a veggie tray with me and stick with that.

well here i am again... i keep going back to WW. i became lifetime member in 83 after losing 40#.... now after health issues and meds/insulin i have 100+ to lose... i have tried different programs... but did not fit my lifestyle.... the doc has me on a low carb program.. a couple of years ago i had reached my 10% but had to drop out of meetings due to work schedule..

I know weight watchers really works. I lost 60 lbs on weight watchers and going to the gym everyday. You have to keep going to the gym and eating your fruits and vegetables to keep your diet and weight balanced, other wise your weight may shift. I started at 270, now I am 211! If you have the willpower I know you can do it. I am on 32 pts right now. My official goal is to get to 140, I have 70 lbs left and I know WW will help me get there to my journey.

Hmmm, how many times have I joined WW's? I've lost count. When it was the exchange program, I really lost weight, but it retrospect, it was pretty high protein, at least 8 ounces of meat/fish/or chicken a day, two starches.

Milestones after 10 ribbon and 5%?

Hi Everyone!

So depending on how much weight you have to lose, some people get there 5% before the ten pound ribbon. I started off getting my ten pound ribbon then I just hit 5% this Saturday.

Achievements usually go, 5 pounds, 10 pounds, 5% etc. Well, what milestone do you look forward to next? my 10% would be another 11 pounds. I like it when the milestones are smaller like 5 pounds.

What do you have for goals you aim at?

My name is Mary & I am a returning Weight Watcher. I'm 43, 248 pounds & am making changes to regain my health.

I joined WW in August of this year & have only lost 8.5 pounds. Already I've gained something quite unexpected, self confidence. I'm down a pants size, walking is becomming a habit & not a phase.

When I started WW I had a hard time walking 3 miles. I was exhausted all day after I'd walk that far.

Now, I'm walking my first 5K tomorrow night.
