I'm new to this (posting about health on a website, not the trying to lose weight or be healthier thing). I'm not really sure how everything works yet so if you have any helpful hints or tips I'll be glad to listen! Feel free to drop in on my page anytime!! <BR> <BR> -mogriggs Sat, 16 Jun 2012 01:03:25 EST Hi I'm A New Spark Bookworm http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x30x48544901 Hi all, <BR> My name is Kerry. I am so looking forward to getting to know new people who love to read. I try to read a little each day, especially right before bedtime. My summer challenge is to read 20 books by August 30th. It is a reading challenge through my sister's library where she works at. I have four books done. I have a book started by my bed, in the car, by the computer and in the laundry room. So I am a serious bookworm. LOL Fri, 15 Jun 2012 22:30:08 EST Not new, starting over http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x30x48539444 Hello everyone!! I am not new to SparkPeople, but I am starting over after going through some rough physical problems with my back. Its a permanent condition, but I've been learning to deal with it. I love to read, and love to talk about books I've read and get some suggestions for new ones to pick up!!! Fri, 15 Jun 2012 13:46:21 EST Hello fellow bookworms ;) http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x30x48517190 I am a return spark person, a Nook lover, and Lupus fighter. I've been married to the same guy for nearly 21 years, we have 2 teens, and no pets at the moment. We are looking though! I am returning to Sparkpeople after a long flare up took me out of circulation and I'm hoping to keep up with it this time around. I hope you all are having a wonderful, pain free, and blessed week :) Thu, 14 Jun 2012 01:08:58 EST Richelle Mead book signing http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=2554x30x48503974 Today I am going to Lexington, Ky for the Richelle Mead book signing. This will be the first book signing I have been to and I am so excited. The Vampire Academy series is one of my favorite series. Wed, 13 Jun 2012 08:36:44 EST Anxious http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x30x48496743 I wonder if I should accept my weight and lack of motivation to exercise because I am a Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Reading health mags, it is recommended to love yourself, no matter size or age. Any comments? Tue, 12 Jun 2012 18:55:07 EST New life, new start. http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x30x48488548 I'm a type one diabetic and since I've had it, I've been abusing it it numerous ways. I really want to get on track with that, as well as lose weight and just be overall healthy. I also want to try to be more of a vegetarian and hopefully take out most to all meats in my diet. I want to lower my cholesterol since it is a factor of concern with my family. I want to take control of my life and be happy. Any advice would be helpful; I would love to talk to people on here :) Tue, 12 Jun 2012 08:43:40 EST New life, new start. http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x30x48488528 I'm a type one diabetic and since I've had it, I've been abusing it it numerous ways. I was a little lost at the start because I had forgotten what happened, but that smoothed over really quick. And the beginning starts off slow (mild spoiler: fifty pages at a strip show? Really?). But after that hump, the action picked up and then it was pure Sookie fun.
