But it has one small glitch. <BR> It counts as cardio, which is fine, if you always walk the same way. <BR> I hike which has different cardio values than a city walk does. So what one can do is add the miles without adding times. Then look at your fitness tally board and delete the bogus exercise. It will still keep a tally of your miles. Neat feature if you ask me.
