Wed, 10 Jan 2018 16:34:17 EST Hello Hello all. I am 31 and in Nebraska. I've been on a high protein diet for a little over a year and have lost nearly 140lbs, but a GP suggested I take a look at Paleo to help with some of my MCAS symptoms. I've done a little research and it actually looks pretty similar to how I eat now, so I ordered the Paleo Diet and some cookbooks to get me started. I am interested in learning more about it and getting recipes for it to hopefully hit my goal weight before my birthday this year.
