Tue, 3 Feb 2015 19:27:56 EST counting calories Hi,
I have been tracking my food for almost a month now to get myself on track. At this point, I know what I can and cannot eat. So the question is are you guys counting calories or tracking your food? I am thinking about not worrying so much about tracking now that I have cleaned my diet up. Do you think that tracking is something that is necessary?
Mary Thu, 29 Jan 2015 04:52:44 EST whats in your coffee? I use sweet in low and coconut milk. i love the sweet taste in my coffee. Anyone have ideas for sweetener in coffee that is Paleo??? I used to dump huge amounts of sugar in my coffee so sweet in low is an improvement for me, but I know it is not the best. I would love to hear what everyone puts in their coffee. Tue, 27 Jan 2015 10:06:56 EST Free Paleo e-Books I follow Just Eat Real Food on Facebook and a couple times a week they post links to free paleo e-Books for Kindle. Heads up that occasionally one sneaks in that isn't free. They aren't any books that you'd find in a bookstore, but I've found a few good recipes in a couple of them. I don't have a Kindle, but I use them through the Kindle app on my phone and computer. Mon, 19 Jan 2015 22:41:27 EST relapse Last night was not good. After having the yucky shrimp and butternut squash soup, I was disappointed and hungry. Then after arguing with my husband over his Mother (again, lol) I gave into temptation and made some popcorn. Of course I still felt bad about doing that today and ended up eating a handful of chips. What a horrible domino effect and also a very destructive habit I also fall into. I don't feel like I want to just blow everything and give up yet but it's very hard staying on track. ... Thu, 8 Jan 2015 13:35:24 EST Diabetic? I feel like I may becoming sensitive to some of the grains that I still eat, so I am excited to go without them and see how I feel (though I do love me some grains)! I'd like to feel awesome instead of okay :).

Looking forward to learning from you all! Fri, 21 Nov 2014 13:23:55 EST New to Paleo!! Hello Everyone! I am new to Paleo and very excited about it. I lost 5 pounds in my first 2 days of my trial run :) I'm thinking this was a difficult time to start Paleo, with the holidays coming up, but I'm going to give it my all. I love, love, love sugar. So that's been difficult. How is everyone else doing? Thu, 20 Nov 2014 11:45:08 EST southwestern casserole We tried another new recipe tonight. Sun, 16 Nov 2014 06:49:50 EST Hi (: To be honest, I'm a bit addicted to sugar in every form. Feel free to add me as a friend so we can motivate each other (: Fri, 31 Oct 2014 23:57:05 EST Still a little confused So in order to lose weight you need to stay under a certain caloric intake. I read somewhere that IF you keep carbs under 75(?) grams you dont need to count calories? When I ate LOW carb (20 ish) then yes I could eat all the fat and meat I wanted, but lately my carb count has been hovering around 80-110 grams per day (all healthy carbs).

So with a carb count that high, I am better to keep an eye on my caloric intake correct? If I dont want to count calories, I need to count carbs?... Fri, 24 Oct 2014 14:43:13 EST Hi Everyone! Hi everyone!

My name is Lo, I just joined SP and i'm on my journey to lose 25lbs!
