Like I pretty much know what's for dinner tomorrow night, so I will be making sure I get some activity in between tonight and tomorrow to compensate for that. All is new and changed. I was moved to a different dept and it's a monster. Stress runs high and motivation factors are low. I've gained 30 lbs because of depression, etc to my last weigh in two yrs ago. I am the heaviest I have ever been.
