Mon, 4 Dec 2017 23:01:23 EST I'm Back :) Hi All -- I'm back. I don't need to spend any more time on the computer, but I lost weight through Sparks before and I don't know how else to keep myself accountable. Its so nice that my account stays open here and all I have to do is update my goals. I've had 2 knee replacements within the past year ... due to the past year and trying to get the right type of meds for my back had put a halt to my weight loss. I had lost 30 lbs from June 2015 when I had my first knee done but none since... Mon, 1 May 2017 12:39:44 EST New to Team Hi, just joined this team. Up until this past winter lived in Minnesota all my life. We came down to Texas for last winter, hubby and I loved the area so much we bought into the
senior park we stayed in, went home sold our senior cooperative and moved here to the Rio Grande Valley permanently. I enjoy working out in the pool in our park, sewing ( just started making my first quilt ), and reading. Sat, 22 Oct 2016 16:41:43 EST Old Member Returning I'm Vicki and I've been a member of sparkpeople off and on for the last 7-8 years. In that time I've managed to yo-yo myself up about 130 lbs. I'll lose some weight then get compliant and gain it back plus more. But now I'm starting to have health issues that wouldn't be as bad if I were at a smaller size.
I'm currently working to lose 45 lbs. Once I manage that, I'll see if I feel the need to go lower. Sat, 9 Apr 2016 10:14:38 EST I'm back I joined Sparkpeople and this group a few years ago. I quit and need to get back at it. The story of my life. I'm hoping to participate more on line, in order to share my journey and learn from others.

Tue, 5 Apr 2016 20:16:03 EST new to the team ( if its okay) Hi. My name is David. I have been married 30 years, I'm a Christian, I have grown and married daughters and 2 grandchildren. I live in southern California and I love to walk. Glad to meet you and be on this team! Mon, 8 Feb 2016 22:40:11 EST BALANCE A two week challenge..Looks simple and productive. Starts Saturday 1/30/2016
Please join me.
This looks so simple for many of the walkers, but remember, we can pop it up and increase our challenge as we progress. This seems to be doable for most anyone that can bare weight.
BALANCE

bMNW5so

CORE

h2X3PZA
Thu, 28 Jan 2016 13:44:46 EST Getting back on track I have been away from sparkpeople and need/want to get back on track. I have had to take early retirement because of my health and let it get into my head. Fortunately in my long break from spark I only gained a few pounds and that helps me not feel so down. I will be having quite a few surgery's this spring/summer/fall and will not be very mobile. So here goes everything. I want to have a new attitude and decide to take advantage of the possibility of a healthier me when this is all over. I ...
