Tue, 20 Oct 2009 14:23:22 EST Mike G - Introduction http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x26816x29128761 Hello to all those people interested in health and fitness. I reached a plateau in my health and fitness goal. I stared the year at 340 lbs and I am currently at 278. For the past 3 weeks - I have been plateau at that weight. I am excited about Sparks because it will certainly provide a needed "spark" (bad pun). My goal is 200 pounds by June 18, 2010. My interests are cycling, hiking and trail running. - Mike Sat, 17 Oct 2009 10:21:02 EST new to Spark People http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x26816x28088639 I gain weight very easily and lose slowly and with a lot of difficulty. I have followed Weight Watchers religiously and have lost weight, but even though I follow all their suggestions, I still am ravenously hungry 2 or more hours before time to eat, very hungry at bed time and wake up in the middle of the night hungry. What can I do so that I eat right, lose weight, but don't get hungry so long before time to eat?
