I stared the year at 340 lbs and I am currently at 278. For the past 3 weeks - I have been plateau at that weight. I am excited about Sparks because it will certainly provide a needed "spark" (bad pun). My goal is 200 pounds by June 18, 2010. I have followed Weight Watchers religiously and have lost weight, but even though I follow all their suggestions, I still am ravenously hungry 2 or more hours before time to eat, very hungry at bed time and wake up in the middle of the night hungry. Obviously it helps get the daily fiber that you need as well and it's like Crystal Lite. I tend to start the day off with a large glass of water and if you drink one before each meal, it helps to curb your appetite. You may also feel hungry when you aren't hydrated enough. Its called the Biggest Loser Family Cookbook (its green) THe book is awsome! All the meals are healthy home made meals with real food and they are easy and affordable! My short term goal is to lose 70 lbs., and then go from there. I'm working on the Extreme Fat Smash Diet and it seems to be working well for me. There is a track around my housing and I've been told that it's a mile and a half long. I came back, added it to my cardio to find out I burned less than 200 calories. Come on!!!
