I'm having trouble being consistent with exercise. Mainly becuase I find myself so exhuasted the day after. Even if it's something light like a few stretches and a mile of slow jogging on the treadmill. I get up the next day feeling exhuasted. I've tried switching to mornings but it has much the same effect. I make sure to get my usual amount of sleep and more if possible, but I still feel drained.
