Wed, 12 Oct 2011 20:31:36 EST CARDIO DAYS So, I'm about 30-40 lbs overweight and I can do a decent job keeping up with the cardio workouts on CX - The bonus turbo jam workout, Burn Intervals, and Burn it off. However, my calves, shins, and ankles hurt really bad during some of the workouts. So bad that I have to stop for about 30 seconds until it stops hurting. The problem is that it isn't getting better. I've been doing them for about 6 weeks now. Anybody have any advice? Do I have bad shoes? Will it ever get better? My question is the last couple of weeks I have been sore and achy and tired. I've been taking Ibuprofen and Tylenol. I'm still really sore. I don't get it.
