My neighbors and I went to Leland Lanes on Saturday night and bowled six games. The only thing I was concerned about there was that it's ok to smoke inside after 10pm. I got up Sunday morning with a sore left butt cheek and painful right arm that hurt every time I moved my fingers. It's better now after some Ibuprofren and mild work out. First to the NC mountains and the second part up the GA coast from St. Simon & Jekyll Islands up to Savannah & Tybee Island. Lots of walking and super fresh seafood. We are not beach people but these areas are more park like with lots of historic things to see and do. If I was to do this trip again I'd wait till fall. way too hot in the summer. When I did Weight Watchers several years ago, I remember that once your weight was down to a certain "range", your points for the day would decrease. Should we change our weight and get new calorie information to track our food based on a new number as we loose weight? After losing nearly 15 lbs. I wonder if I should be taking in less calories. I'm not necessarily craving the "bad for you" foods either - I'm just hungry and want to eat MORE of the good stuff!! Can't seem to fill up. Does anyone experience this?
