I see daily the negative impacts of obesity with one's health and I do not want that for my life. I look forward to meeting others as we go onward with our separate as well as together journeys. My name is Shammes (: http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x241x43364784 My goal is to lose the 50 pounds I gained after high school. I LOVE playing sports, so hopefully I will be able to lose the additional weight by doing the activities I love most! My motivation to lose the weight is that my best friend is getting married in March of 2012 and I am the Maid of Honor...so you know what that means. lol. Its time to get to work! I've been a Firm Believer since November of 2002. Yes, I know the month and year! :-) But I'm new to this group... <BR> <BR> I remember when I got my videos thinking they were the hardest videos I've ever done. One I was able to cancel because it wasn't being released until Sept. but the other one I received yesterday and I was very annoyed to find out it was a duplicate. No where on Amazon or the DVD itself did it mention that these 20 minute workouts were already inlcuded in the firm express! The one I was not able to cancel was Ignite Calorie... Wed, 3 Aug 2011 13:24:56 EST Firm Express Beginner http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=0x241x43310437 I have been doing Firm Express for about a week. I did the fast track work out and diet of 1,000 calories for those four days. I didn't lose any weight but did lose 5 inches which I was impressed with. I'm attempting to still do 2 workouts a day one in the morning before work and one after work. I tried today to do them back to back and couldn't do it...couldn't pick up my legs to move quick enough. <BR> <BR> For those of you have already cycled through do you really lose the 15 pounds...
