My aunt that I was very close to passed away and that seems to have put me into a tail spin. I looked at myself in the mirror the other day though and decided enough is enough. My legs hurt all the time. My body is sore all the time from hauling around all this extra weight. I sleep too much given the chance. I'm working on pulling myself out of this hole. I cannot change what has happened, but I figure I can certainly change my outlook (or can I). I'...
