SparkPeople SP Class of November 2-8, 2008 Team Messageboard This team is for all members who joined SP from November 2-8, 2008. Welcome! SparkPeople SP Class of November 2-8, 2008 Team Messageboard Problem Gramma Hi - I've been a member of SparkPeople for a number of years but it has intimidated me and I simply ignored it for years. I was 276 and went down to 249 - that was last summer - slowly I've gone back up to 286 and I seem to have stuck. I just turned 70 and want to get down 99 pounds by next spring. I have a serious problem exercising because I have a bad knee and my legs swell up to twice their size.
I have one child, a daughter who is 46 and she is married with one child, a daughte... Wed, 14 Sep 2016 19:31:06 EST Another Milestone! Not sure the exact day you joined SP but this is March 25th here on Guam and I have completed another 30 days! I have had some serious health issues this last year and hope I am on the mend. I am taking it one day at a time and hope to see a turn around.

I hope to get some response from those who are still with SP.

Jane on Guam Thu, 24 Mar 2016 17:10:52 EST Planner / Calendar Being Removed I copied this from another team for your information. If you use the Planner / Calendar get your things copied or you will loose them!

Jane

Say it isn't so! For me, the Anniversary is today. I know because it was on my sons Birthday. I had sipped on my weight loss journey but in August I started walking again. In October I came back to Sparkpeople. Thankfully I hadn't erased my Spark page ( I had just ignored it). Some friends are still here, others are long gone.
So? 5 years later how is everyone doing?
213 Fri, 8 Nov 2013 09:52:51 EST FYI Thought this may be a good topic that can be open for ideas.

Jane

FYI, there is a new team of members who use doTERRA Essential Oils. I fell off the wagon several times since I joined SP. I keep trying to get back on. I think my biggest problem is I am too negative about myself and what efforts I do put in. *shrug* Wed, 4 Jan 2012 10:18:05 EST I'm back! I have gained all but 23 pounds of the just over 100 pounds I lost and now I am back to take it off again and lose even more to meet my original goal. They also had some little feet ones that would be neat to track miles walked. A... Sun, 9 Nov 2008 13:52:07 EST How did you all do your first week on Spark? And I've spent those 6 years bouncing back and forth between drugs, alcohol, food, spending, and yes, even sex.

The biggest challenge I seem ...
