I can't eat a sandwich or salad without it. I know you can buy the lowfat versions, but they are just not the same. The other day when I was at Sam's I came across Sargento thinly sliced cheese. Basically each slice is 1/3 of a normal slice you would buy. I've been using this and it really satisfies my taste buds for minimal calories! Maybe this product could help others like me! Have been in a weight loss program at work since mid January, but have only managed to lose 14 lbs. My "coach" suggested this site as a way to track my food (and exercise, if I can ever get started). We weigh in every Monday and I did lose 1/2 lb. I know I need to get more exercise to jump start the weight loss, but I work 11 hours a day and am just too tired at the end of the day...................I know, it's an excuse. Tue, 16 Sep 2008 08:46:59 EST Your good ideas for motivation!! This morning I was brianstorming different ideas to boost my motivation. Thought I'd share one that I came up with that I think might be really cool and really beneficial. I called all of my close family and friends, people that I know are very supportive and asked them to make me a mini motivation poster. I asked them to be creative and to use things that reminded them of me... colors, pictures, quotes etc... just things they thought I might like. I also asked them to write a short message s...
