I was wondering how to train for this type of event. I am riding a bike and a recumbent bike at the gym 3 days a week for about 30-45 minutes. Any tips, ideas, links would be appreciated. <BR> By the way, this isn't a race, just a ride on a rail trail, so not much incline. I have a urban type bike, no road or mountain bike.
