A few days ago I bought the Polar FT4 HRM and it showed I burned 330. <BR> <BR> I'm assuming the HRM are going to be pretty accurate, correct? <BR> <BR> I was just wondering what the average calories burned everyone else is getting for this workout... <BR> <BR> Oh..I am on currently on level 2. I've decided I'm going to have some "boudoir" photos taken in a few months, as I'm at my goal weight and quite happy with my body....except for my bum. It's flat and flabby!!
