I started October 15th, 2017 at 192 and lost 29 pounds by January of this year. I had maintained at 165 (loosely following the program)for 3 months but now my eating is out of hand and I have creeped back up to 172. My emotional eating has been BAD. I'm finding it very difficult to stay on program when we are with extended family members and events (almost every weekend) I prepackage my meals and plan them out. I find that I don't want them knowing I'm trying to lose weight, or how, I feel judged. When I do go off plan I have no control and binge eat. I'm so angry with myself. Is that still the same measurement for cauliflower rice?
