Hi there, an update on Pango and her sore eye. She was given a clean bill of health from her fav vet called Amy. Her eye has recovered. Apparently if we did not do all the treatment that she received from us she would have lost the eye. I have to say I have had a cat loose an eye in the past and it wsa horrid. The main reason I joined SparkPeople is because I need to motivate myself to get to the gym on a more consistent basis. Lately I've been showing up every few weeks when I get around to it. And I must say that I have not been that good. Spark people may show that when I was gone I lost 2lbs but to the fact of the matter i really gained 2 i just lost 4 and gained 2 back. Even my sweet little rose could see the increase of just 2lbs. So I am getting back on the high horse and work my Gut off literally, no joke that's my goal lose 25lbs by Christmas. I've always been told that sugar can be a major contributor to obesity. There are places to track 'types' of sugars but because nutrition labels don't break it down into types they're not very helpful.
