I spent the first seven years of my married life in Kingston and our second daughter was born there. We left Kingston back in 1975 when my husband graduated with a Ph.D. in Engineering and have been living in West Africa ever since. We are thinking of going back to live in Canada once my husband retires from the work force. Kingston is one of the places we are contemplating moving to. Such good memories there! Thu, 14 May 2009 15:35:25 EST ACCOMPLIS HMENTS... So I thought I would start this topic off to celebrate things we accomplish! For me today, I completed the C25K program!!!!!! I actually ran 33 minutes today without stopping! Now that I am running 30 minutes consistantly I will focus on my speed and distance as my goal is to be able to comfortably run 5 km in 35 minutes max. again. Today I went a total of 40 minutes (5 walk, 33 run, 2 walk) and got to 4.65 km. I have some work to do but I will get there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
