Im going to try and do the plan she was on for the next 3 months. From what I could get on the internet, the workout is about 45 mins of strength training (a lot of squats and lunges) and 30-45 on cardio on the treadmil. <BR> They refer to the diet as the 'don't eat crap' diet.
