I was able to purchase a used treadmill and have used it every day for 6 days. Do I need to have rest days? I have been trying to do 2 sessions of 15 to 20 minutes each. One early morning and one late afternoon or evening. I know with strength training you need rest/recovery days. Since I have not done any serious walking in well over a year I am wondering if I am actually strength training my legs as well as doing cardio and therefore need rest days. Just curious what the team thinks. ...
