I have been using this site off and on over the last year or so, I recently became serious about using it more consistanly and trying to get into better shape. This is more difficult than I expected. But now that I am home, I am completely out of control! After eating...I am not even going to, I am making myself sick--physically and emotionally. Now I don't feel the urgency as much and with the past couple days being a "holiday" I've been snacking a bit more (on veggie trays) or like yesterday I had 2 pieces of Cesar's Pizza at 1 and I didn't really get hungry till 9pm and even at that point I ate mostly because I had to have something for dinner. <BR> <BR> So the question is, do I list...
