I usually use either the trail in Centennial Park in Munster (near my work), or I park at the Hammond Y and take the trail behind it that goes through a tunnel under the expressway, behind and around Cabela's and meets up with the "Nature Trail" that juts off of the circle at Wicker Park. I went with the Oriental Chicken Salad--I could have made a wiser choice. I was exhausted by the time I pulled into the driveway.
