It's a reward. It's enjoyment to me. I love certain tastes and textures and I will overeat just to have that one last bite of something. I will eat leftovers instead of putting them in the fridge for later just so I can have another taste right then. I will eat the food my son doesn't finish instead of 'letting it go to waste'. Every day, Spark tells us the limit we should stay under, (maximum of 2500mg) AND how much we have consumed. Let's try keeping our consumption UNDER the limit. I have been at this a month and have been walking/jogging 2-4 miles a day, but I would like to get in more exercise. I've checked out several workout DVDs from the library, but I feel really silly doing those, plus I lack a lot of coordination and just can't keep up with some of them. I have a set of hand weights (3, 5, & 8 lbs) but am not too sure what to do with them. Any suggestions?
