I've always struggled with my weight and been on Spark for about 4 years now. I do great at the working out, it is the eating that gets me! I love to eat! Main goal right now is to get pregnant and all the docs say "lose 10 lbs". So after 2 years of working on that, I decided to join Weight Watchers (last Tuesday). Just needed a different way to look at it...I wasn't using Spark. Anyway, I'm here and I need support. That was a main reason I joined WW fo... Mon, 1 Jun 2009 15:42:37 EST surprised! http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=0x193x25298197 well, I didn't think this would work. In fact I'm still a little apprehensive. But after my first week on WP and a year long plateau I finally started losing weight again thanks to the WP. And it just easily fell right off. I started last week off at 170 and today I weighed in at 165. Although I had been see-sawing back and forth b/w 168 and 170 so I probably really lost 2 or 3 pounds which is great!
hopefully this week will be just as successful!
Tue, 5 May 2009 15:28:58 EST new and hoping to break a plateau! http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x193x25078317 I have used spark for awhile now...I also count my WW points...and for a year now I've lost nothing..yo-yoing 2-3 pounds. I've gotten more and more strict but still nothing...and then i get so frustrated I just want to give up. I goggled the Wendie plan when a SP post mentioned it. so any tips or info would be so helpful

Mon, 27 Apr 2009 19:56:50 EST Weekly Progress Report 4/20-4/26 http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=0x193x24892263 Check in and let us know how your week is going.

Well since it's only Tuesday it's going well. Well being married women and all they went and got pregnant and gave me the most gorgeous grandbabies in all of the world.
