I have been trying to use my weekly points as accurately as possible, I have 29 daily points and with 49 weekly points, I've been using my weekly points as follows: 0, 7, 2, 20, 0, 6, 3 (maybe one extra point on the highest days). I was a member of WW on-line for 18 months and I don't know that I ever got an answer to this question, but when you make something, let's say a sandwich, do you take the point value of each individual item (turkey, cheese, bread, etc.) and then add them together, or do you add up all the calories, fat and fiber of all the items and plug those into the points calculator? I can't seem to get past this hump. I was on the WW Website and someone suggested the Wendi Plan. Could someone tell me how it works and if it really works or not? I have been a member of WW for many years, off and on. Two years ago, I lost 26 pounds and then fell by the wayside, only to rejoin this past February. I have watched and wondered about the Wendie Plan for a long time. It makes sense to me, because I firmly believe that no single meal mess up spells my downfall. I like the idea of averaging out the points over the week. I am using FLEX since Feb., and have lost 17 pounds. Does anyone have a simple formula for figuring out points? I don't have...
