I went to University while they were in school. It was neat us all doing home work together. <BR> I have been an empty nester for over two years now, all four of my children are grown and living their lives. Although I enjoy the quiet most of the time, I miss the ruckus that goes with having my them here. It has a basket that you put the food in and lower into the hot oil for cooking and a removable liner to make clean up easier. I'm wondering if I can use it for steaming vegetables. I want to add water to the liner instead of oil and put the veggies into the basket for steaming. What do y'all think?
