It's such an awesome experience, I can't even tell you. And it's for everyone, no matter how long you've been working out. You can bike ride how many miles you want. Eating healthier and not eating out as much has made me realize that I definitely used to use food for everything else that is missing in my life. A year ago I moved away from all my friends and family and I was using food to help with the lonliness I've felt since the move. But nothing prepared me for PMS haha...I was hungry 200% of the time and i felt like i gained 50 lbs and it made me upset...which made me want to eat more.
