I read the story in the Health Section about guidelines for how much of what kinds of fluids you should have (mostly water), but my question is, if we are following SparkPeople recommendations, can we ever count like, a diet soda as part of our water intake? I seem to remember other weight loss plans I've been on that wouldn't accept anything but real water....but I haven't been able to find what Sparkpeople recommends.
