I am Carolyn. I don't have many friends. I lost the weight I wanted to lose and I love my size. I wouldn't mind losing ten more pounds. But at times it really don't make a difference when I am sick and can't pull myself out of bed now days. At times, I need encouragement because I really want to go back to my old eating habits of junk food and not working out like I use too. Please help! One thing that really motivates me when I am exercising is MUSIC! I love all kinds of music but for my workouts I get a lot of fuel mentally from a good hard rock song or up-tempo pop song.
