I don't have many friends. I lost the weight I wanted to lose and I love my size. I wouldn't mind losing ten more pounds. But at times it really don't make a difference when I am sick and can't pull myself out of bed now days. At times, I need encouragement because I really want to go back to my old eating habits of junk food and not working out like I use too. Please help! Mon, 9 Sep 2013 17:51:01 EST It's time to get serious about this http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=-1x15639x47179347 hey there! I've tried to travel this road many times before only to quit before I reached my desitnation. I'm encouraged that I could lose over 70 pounds by Christmas. I might not be completely there, but I just need to stay focused and the time will fly. Finding balance between church, family, kids, work, and ME is a challenge. I've realized that my health is important and I need to take some action.
