We found shells we ordinarily wouldn't find on the busy beach- but htis area was dead as far as people go. I just wanted to share. I'll post pics when I get a chance. I lost around 60 in 2003-04 after graduating college, but plateaued after about six months of weight watchers It wasn't helped by switching meds a lot, but I'm back to belly dancing and working out (training for a 60 mile, 3-day charity walk!!), figuring out which meds are right for my body, and back to journaling my food (which I've always tried to do, but hasn't always helped). Hopefully the combo will get me to my goal weight ... It's a great way to get to know other people on your teams. It's also the one thread that has nothing to do with weight loss or calorie counting. It's just for fun. I will begin this on 2/24/08. With our first question.

Note: There will be no personal questions posted in this thread.

Thanks, Mary (metsmes) Sat, 23 Feb 2008 10:13:57 EST Daily Exercise Log http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/team_messageboard_thread.asp?board=4073x15634x12535057 This thread is to post all of your exercise each day.
