Two years ago I underwent treatment and surgery for breast cancer. The medication that I am taking is an estrogen suppressant and in the past two years I have developed quite a large belly. My grandson asks me "do you have a baby in there grandma?". I desperately want to get rid of this belly fat, regain my strength and increase my activity level. I am trying to figure when is the best time to eat and exercise working a night shift job. I think that is my main problem figuring out when to eat. Should i eat my biggest meal in the middle of the night at work? Also when i get off i cant stop my self from nibbling then going to bed. I hope someone can give me some suggestions.
