I really wanted a place where people my age are going through what I am going through. I am hoping some of you can share what has been working for you. I sit in front of a pc all day. Mentally drained when I leave work, to then take a train, boat and another train to get home. I get home at 7pm, eat something quick, which is whatever is around, mostly cereal. I have been trying to lose originally 10 pounds for a long time thinking that was enough. Unfortunately, I did one of those virtual model things and to my surprise I need to loose 25 pounds. So I gave out a big sigh and said I really got to do this. I can see how what you see in the mirror is not really reality. I also thought Oh, I'm not too bad but seeing an image or a photo brings it home. That is what ... I have lost several times, but not on purpose! I'm 80% on during the week then Friday night arrives, the work week is done, its time to relax and eat until Sunday night. I always used to fight my weight but at a certain point I got so sick of watching what I ate that I just let it all go and now weigh more than when I was pregnant. I am very tired of this cycle of knowing what to do but not succeeding. I have seen some success but feel like I just can't loose any more. Any good advice out there?
