SparkPeople Sparking Seven Steps to Health Team Messageboard Hello Everyone I am trying to get back on track with my eating and weight loss. I have been on Spark People for quite some time now. I go up and down often with how healthy I am.
I am back to my highest weight and I want to get to a spot where I feel good about my body and the way I look. I lack motivation most and I am hoping that I can get that here and be that for others. Better now than later.

Keep sparking! Mon, 22 Aug 2011 22:18:37 EST It's time for a permanent lifestyle change! Well here I am again. I used Sparkpeople to lose 20 lbs in 2006, which was the only time in my life I have actually been able to lose weight. Then we went to Vegas for my 21st b-day and was never able to get back on track when we got back home. I have tried a few times since then, but in between all those times I tried to convince myself I was going to be happy with the way I was as long as I didnt gain anymore. Of course I am not happy with myself, I have no energy, and my body feels 20 year...
