I was wondering if all of you did the induction phase and what your average carb allowance is daily now. I have mine set between 60 grams and 200 grams. Normally I'd eat well over 300 grams so I feel this is a good leeway for me. But can the rest of you lose on that alloitment or do you feel I really need to cut it more? This past week I saw on a nutrition program that although eggs are a good source of protein, you should limit yourself to 4 a week. I'm just wondering if anyone else is an egg addict like I am? Do you think on the low carb way of eating we should worry about eating too many eggs? I guess it's just like fat in food and I don't really keep count of the amount of fat... In 2 months I have lost 30 pounds, my cholesterol & blood pressure are now normal, & I feel very alert & full of enegry. I am learning how to modify my favorite recipes now & find that that there is alot of variety out there.
