However one thing I learned is that it's more accurate to weight the food in grams than to use cups, teaspoons etc. This I got from a dietician and several doctors. But when I plug in the same thing both here and in BMF (as a comparison) the calories are way off. BMF calculates an entire meal like 100 calories more than what Spark does. That can add up after awhile. So I'm afraid I'm going to be unlinking the two accounts and stick with tracking on... Here's my problem: I had my device fully charged. I then hopped into the shower and waited 20 minutes after I got out of shower before putting on. He got me the BodyBugg V3 with the digital display. Today is the 2nd day of wearing it. Yesterday it said I burned over 2800 calories. It's crazy to think I did because I didn't do much. Just a little house cleaning (about an hour) and then walked on the treadmill for 52 minutes (3.5 mph @ 3% incline). Today it shows I've burned 2,007 calories. Besides normal life, I worked out for an hour-plus - strength training and almost 40 minutes of cardio (bike, elliptical, treadmill).
