My personal goal for this month is to be able to work out on the elliptical more than 2 times a week. I have succeeded in reaching my goal of being able to do it at all, but now I want to build up my stamina and be able to work out on it 3 times a week and not be in pain. I could not use the elliptical that I had my hubby buy for me and it sat for a year! When I finally got the all clear from the doctor to exercise again after a broken bone in my foot my goal was to be able to work out on the elliptical and my first goal was to be able to do it for 10 minutes. Once I reached that goal I upped it to 15 minutes. Now I can do it for an hour! It killed my knees trying but I finally succeeded! It gives me alot more information than just a calorie count. I manage to stay in all my ranges except I am falling WAY short on potassium and magnesium even with adding in my supplements.
