I swam competitively in high school on two teams, taught lessons, and lifeguarded. I still teach lessons but I fear I am out of shape. When I swam in high school the mile was one of my events but that was 8 years ago. Any thoughts on where to get a good workout to get back in shape? Swimmer's ear is a fungus in the ear causing pain and when you pull on your ear, it hurts (unlike an ear infection). There is no fever. <BR> <BR> I have since learned to prevent swimmer's ear.
