I have been thyroid free for over a year and have gone from a size 2 to 12. 50 pounds that my doctor said COULD NOT be from not having a thyroid. I finally saw a specialist at Cleveland Clinic and he told me it was all from not having a thyroid and there was not much I could do. He did recommend working out for 95 minutes every day and eating less than 1000 calories per day.
